Aakaar Child development Center adheres to a philosophy of love and acceptance of the child and the use of a highly individualized, structured program for each child. Through its various intervention programmer, the center offers an eclectic mix of behavior based methods and structured teaching. Elements of TEACCH, Applied behavior Analysis (ABA), Neuro development Therapy, Sensory Integration, Handwriting Remediation, Verbal Behavior Analysis (VBA), various forms of Assisted and Augmentative Communication (AAC) including Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS) are a part of the methods used. The Assessment: The intervention program begins with an extensive assessment process. A detailed assessment report is provided along with a recommended program plan detailing the various therapy programs that are beneficial to the child.
Early Intervention Center– Aakaar recognizes the importance of intensive early intervention for young children across various developmental difficulties. Early intervention is a preschool setting for children with special needs to maximize their potential of reaching normal development and inclusive education. While these children share a common diagnostic label, each has individual needs. The setting will provide specialised group intervention by an OT, ST, and Special Educator for children between 2 to 6 yrs of age who are at risk for any kind of disability.
Individualized Outreach program – this program consists of individualized one on one intensive sessions of occupational therapy, speech therapy and special Education as per the child current level of functioning. The therapy schedules are planned to help with smooth and co-ordinated transitions from one therapy to the next.

We are a group of dynamic, experienced and highly qualified professionals constituting majorly of Speech therapist, Occupational Therapist, Special educators, shadow teachers, clinical psychologist and counselors. AAKAAR Child Development Center is functional since the last four years giving quality services to our satisfied and happy clientele group.We specialise in both in-house and on-site (school services provided to children) services catering to domestic as well as international clients.
